When my son passed earlier this year, my niece would have created this painting as a gesture for the family, in his memory. She captured him exactly - the right pose, the shirt he was wearing, his watch and chain and all within good time. I thought it was a great painting and I'm proud of her talent. When persons see it, they want something done for their family as well.
I'm thankful for what this painting has done for the entire family. It brought joy to my soul, real joy.

I remember scrolling social media and seeing a fantastic 'photograph' of Prime Minister Mottley. Clicking through, I realized it was a pencil drawing and was so amazed by the details and the talent that was being showcased. I ended up scrolling through Alisha's work and seeing her progression over the years, which has been stunning...then when I realized she went to my alma mater, that was it for me! I had to get a piece of her work. I commissioned Alisha to create a 16.5" x 24" drawing of my favorite photo of my mummy and me for Christmas. She kept me engaged and updated throughout the process, which I loved. My mother loves this piece so much it is the very first thing you see when you walk through the front door!! I needed an Alisha Smith for myself so I also got one of her tractor originals where you can just feeeeel the culture and history through the imagery. 10/10 recommend.
