COMMISSIONING PROCESS
Step - by - step
Step 1 - Sizes
Please visit my commission information page to view sizes & prices.
Sizes that aren't listed can also be arranged, just specify your size and no. of subjects in the booking form and we can discuss further.
Step 2 - Waitlist and Booking
Place your order and reserve your spot on my waiting list by filling out the commission form where you tell me all of your preferences for your portrait and if there's a date you need it completed by.
Step 3 - Photo Reference
In the form you will see a section to upload your reference photo/s. Alternatively, you can email me your photo options where we can discuss together, if you're unsure what would be most suitable.

Step 4 - Deposit and Mockups
I will send you an invoice to pay a 50% deposit via secure bank transfer. Once this is paid, the booking process is complete.
I will send you various mockups using the photos you have sent me so we can decide on the best photo/ composition together. You'll be very much involved in this process!
Step 5 - Artwork Creation
Once we have confirmed your chosen photo and you have made your deposit, I can begin your portrait!
This process takes anywhere from 3 weeks to 2 months, depending on the complexity of the portrait.
During the creation of the one-of a- kind artwork, I will be in touch, sending weekly updates.
Step 6 - Completion
Once I have completed your portrait, I will email you a final watermarked scan of the piece for your approval. At this stage you can request any tweaks or changes to be made if necessary.
Upon full satisfaction, I will send you an invoice to pay the remaining amount.
Step 7 - Shipping / Delivery
After completion, the artwork is carefully packaged with a certificate of authenticity and signed and then delivery arranged.
